1. The purposes of personal information collection

We may collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal information for one or more purposes as follows: 

(a) To review and/or handle your requirements/transactions with us; 

(b) To manage, operate, provide and/or manage your use and/or access of our services or website, as well as your account and transactions with us;

It is understood and accepted that when we contact you via post, some of your personal information details such as name and receiving address will be disclosed on the envelope;  

(k) To inform you when another account sends you a message or post a comment for you on the website; 

(l) To research, analyze, and develop services (including data processing, surveys, research and/or to develop products and services), to analyze customer behavior with the purpose of improving our services or products and/or improve customer experience;

(m) To advertise, audit, and implement other surveys in order to identify the size and target items of customers, and understand their interests in the services of Vietnam Dental Tourism;

(n) For marketing purposes, we will send information to you via different means such as by post, email, location-based services, promotional information, and other documents relating to products and/or services (including products and/or services of third parties that Vietnam Dental Tourism may cooperate or work with) that Vietnam Dental Tourism (and/or other subsidiaries or related organizations) are selling, marketing or promoting, as long as that product or service is in existence or will be created in the future. We will not send information relating to marketing and promotions via phone calls, SMS/MMS or fax unless it does not violate legal regulations, or we have had your clear prior agreement; 

(o) To collect data and research for internal reporting as regulated by law and/or for document recording requirements;

(p) To audit the services and business activities of Vietnam Dental Tourism; 

(q) To store, copy, or restore (to fix a problem or not) your personal information, both in Vietnam or abroad;

(r) Any other purpose that we will inform you about at the time to ask for your consent. 

Some purposes of collecting, using, disclosing and processing personal information depend on the circumstances at the time of collection; therefore, the above list might not include all purposes. However, we will inform you about those purposes at the time to ask for your consent unless the data processing does not require the consent of the owner as regulated by law. 

2. Scope of information use

In our business activities, we will/may need to provide your personal information to third parties who are dental clinics in the system, and partners to best serve customers. These service providers, agents and/or subsidiaries or related companies and/or other third parties can represent us, by other methods, to process your personal information for one or more of the above mentioned purposes. These third parties include:

(a) Dental clinics in the system and related companies;

(b) Service providers and other third parties that we use to support our business activities, including but not limited to management service providers or other providers such as postage companies, telecommunication companies, and data centers;

(c) Third parties that we disclose information to for one or more purposes will collect and process your personal information for one or more of the purposes mentioned above.

In addition, the sharing of information might be to meet the requirement of sharing information concerning statistical and demographic characteristics of our customers and their use of our services to providers of advertising and programming. This will not include any details that can be used to specifically identify you or detect your personal information.

This Non- disclosure Policy is not a promise that your personal information will never be disclosed unless it is described in this Non-disclosure Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION OF THIRD PARTIES

Our website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, files stored on your computer, to help websites analyze users of websites. Information generated by cookies relating to your use in the website (including your IP) will be transmitted to and stored by Google in a server in America. Google will use this information for reviewing your use of websites, reporting activities of the website to manage the website and relating activities concerning the website activities and internet use. Google might also transmit this information to a third party with notice as regulated by law, or a third party in charge of data processing for Google. Google will not combine your IP address with any other data organized by Google.

WE DO NOT ENSURE THE SAFETY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR OTHER INFORMATION YOU MIGHT PROVIDE to a website of a third party. We will implement a range of security steps to maintain the safety of your personal information owned by us or under our control

3. Information Store Time

Personal information will be stored until a delete request is made or a customer logs in to delete themselves. In other cases, the personal information of customers will be kept confidential.
